At Earthenechoes India, we take pride in offering authentic handcrafted products. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the best quality. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns only if the product received is defective or damaged.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish that occur naturally in handcrafted products.
Product Colour Disclaimer
The actual colour of the product may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to differences in lighting during photography, screen resolution, and display settings.
Such colour variations are normal and will not be considered a valid reason for return or refund.
Damaged Product Claims
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- A product opening/unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement request.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damaged product.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Please report any damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- If the product is found to be genuinely defective, your refund or replacement will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or through another suitable method, as applicable.
- Processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
