  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

3. Returns & Damaged Products

Customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:

  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory if you wish to report a product as damaged.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition without any cuts or edits.
  • Returns or replacement requests will only be processed if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. Product Care

Many of our products are handcrafted and handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or design are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects.
